Private parking for sports seasons

One exact spot. Every home game.

FanParking.Space is a marketplace for reserving a specific driveway, garage, or residential lot near a stadium — not a random space, and not a one-night booking. Fans buy access for a game, a package, or the full home season. Homeowners earn recurring income from unused space.

The problem

Existing parking apps are built for a single reservation or a monthly garage. They rarely let a fan lock the same residential spot for every home event on a team schedule. Game day still means circling blocks, paying surge lots, or walking from somewhere new each week.

Fans want reliable, close, guaranteed parking. Homeowners want to monetize a driveway or yard they already own. FanParking.Space exists for that gap.

How it works

  1. A fan opens a venue page, sees nearby private spaces, and picks one exact spot.
  2. They buy a single event, a multi-event package, or the full home-game season for that same space.
  3. Payment confirms the reservation. The fan receives a digital pass for each included event. The host sees the booking and payout.

A season package reserves that parking space for every selected home event. The platform blocks those dates so the spot cannot be sold twice.

For fans

Choose a stadium, choose a spot, choose how many games. The space stays yours for every event in the purchase.

  • Single event, multi-event package, or full home-game season
  • Walking time to the venue shown before you buy
  • Vehicle restrictions and arrival windows listed up front
  • License plate and vehicle details required at checkout
  • Digital pass with event name and date, spot location, host instructions, plate, and confirmation number
  • Notifications before each event
  • Customer dashboard for purchased events and passes

Exact addresses stay hidden until payment, then appear on the pass.

For hosts

List a driveway, garage, lawn, residential lot, or other space you have the right to offer. Set availability and pricing. Earn from one-off games and from fans who buy the season.

  • Title, description, photos, and exact location
  • Spot type, dimensions, and walking distance to the venue
  • Vehicle restrictions and arrival or departure windows
  • Price per event and full-season price
  • Exclude dates or mark a spot unavailable
  • Access instructions for confirmed drivers
  • Host dashboard for upcoming reservations and earnings
  • Messaging with customers, plus ratings and reviews

Spot types

Listings are labeled so fans know what they are buying. FanParking.Space distinguishes:

  • Private driveways
  • Garages
  • Lawns
  • Residential lots
  • Commercial lots
  • Street parking

Rules that make a season work

  • A season package holds the same specific spot for every included home event.
  • Single-event bookings and season packages cannot overlap on the same space.
  • Hosts can exclude dates. Those events are not sold.
  • Postponed or rescheduled games update the reservation when the new date is known.
  • Canceled events trigger an automatic credit, refund, or replacement.
  • Hosts confirm they have the right to offer the space and will follow local rules, HOA restrictions, insurance requirements, and venue-area parking regulations.
  • Cancellation and refund status is tracked on every reservation.

Where we start

One city. One or two stadiums. Event schedules entered by hand. No city-wide parking map, and no live sports-feed integration yet.

The first test is simple:

  • Homeowners will list spaces.
  • Fans will pay in advance for recurring access.
  • Hosts can honor the same spot all season.
  • Season packages have enough demand to justify the marketplace.

How the marketplace is paid for

  • A service fee on each reservation
  • A small host commission on completed bookings
  • Discounted pricing for season packages

Later: promoted listings, venue partnerships, and team or employer parking programs.

This is the pitch, not the app

FanParking.Space is not taking live bookings on this page. If you have a driveway near a stadium, or you want the same spot for a whole home schedule, say so.
