1. Right to offer
By publishing you attest that you own the property or have the owner's permission to offer parking on it. Tenants must record landlord consent through the listing (formal, informal SMS confirmation, or a scoped exception). Listings without confirmed consent cannot sell events inside 72 hours and hold payouts until the landlord confirms.
2. Accurate listings
Photos must show the real approach and stall. Stall counts, size classes, surface, height clearance, and amenities must be accurate. Walk times are computed from the pin you drop, so place it on the actual entrance.
3. Two venues, one driveway
A Louisville listing can sell football at L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium and race days at Churchill Downs from the same stalls. Per-event prices you set apply to that event only; the base price applies everywhere else. You may block any stall for any event before it is sold.
4. Game-day obligations
Keep the stall clear and reachable during the arrival window, check fans in by QR or confirmation code, and never block a booked vehicle in. If you must cancel a confirmed booking, the fan receives a full credit and the canceling side absorbs the payout adjustment under the split rules.
5. Payouts and taxes
Payouts release after the event through Stripe Connect or, for owners without an account, a monthly digital check. You are responsible for reporting your own income. FanParking will remit any local fees it is required to collect once Louisville Metro rules are confirmed.
6. Local rules
You are responsible for complying with Louisville Metro ordinances, HOA covenants, and any permit requirement for game-day yard parking. FanParking may pause listings that draw verified complaints.
7. Agent bookings and wallets
You may accept bookings from AI agents by adding a Lightning Address and/or a USDC address on Base to a listing; a listing with neither is never offered to agents. Agent payments settle to that wallet at the time of booking, in the full quoted amount — your host price, the FanParking service fee, and any tax or civic fee — with no card payout involved. FanParking does not collect its service fee on-chain in this version, and tax on agent bookings is recorded in the City ledger on the same deferred, sample basis as section 5. You are responsible for the wallet you enter: a payment sent to a mistyped or abandoned address cannot be reversed by FanParking. An agent booking carries the same Spot Pass, check-in, and cancellation obligations as any other; if you cancel one, the fan is credited in full and the adjustment follows section 4.
