1. What you are buying
A reservation is a license to park one vehicle in one identified private stall for the events listed on your Spot Pass. It is not a lease, not a guarantee of event admission, and not a claim on any public street or curb. The exact street address and arrival notes appear only after payment and only to the booked fan.
2. Pricing and fees
Every quote shows the host price per event, the FanParking service fee, and any applicable local vehicle fee or tax before you pay. For the Louisville pilot, local fees are set to zero pending confirmation of Louisville Metro game-day yard-parking rules and Kentucky sales tax treatment.
3. Arrival and conduct
Arrive inside the host's arrival window, present your Spot Pass QR at the driveway, and park only in the stall you were assigned. Keep sidewalks, alleys, and neighboring driveways clear. Follow the listing's rules on tailgating, in-and-out access, and overnight parking. Hosts may record a guest incident flag for no-shows, blocked access, or property damage.
4. Cancellations and credits
Cancellations follow the cancellation policy. Refunds during the pilot are issued as platform credit to your FanParking account.
5. Reviews
After an event ends you may leave one review per reservation rating the spot and the host. Reviews must be truthful and about your own experience. We may remove reviews that contain personal information, harassment, or content unrelated to the parking experience.
6. Liability
FanParking.Space is a marketplace. Hosts control their property; fans control their vehicles. Neither party is FanParking's agent. To the extent permitted by law, FanParking is not liable for damage to vehicles or property, personal injury, towing, or losses arising from event changes. Vehicle insurance stays with the vehicle owner.
7. Accounts and demo mode
Keep your login private. Demo personas exist only in test environments and never carry real payment or personal data.
8. Bookings made by AI agents
You may let a software agent reserve and pay for a stall on your behalf through the FanParking agent interface. An agent booking is your booking: the name, email, and vehicle it submits are treated as yours, and these Terms, the arrival rules, and the cancellation policy apply in full. The agent pays the full quote — host price, service fee, and any tax or civic fee — directly to the host's Lightning Address or USDC wallet on Base; no card is charged. FanParking does not collect its service fee on-chain in this version, and any tax or civic fee on an agent booking is recorded but remitted on the same deferred, sample basis described in section 2. A hold opened by an agent expires after 30 minutes if unpaid. Credits for agent bookings follow section 4 and are issued as platform credit, not as funds returned to the paying wallet, and FanParking cannot recover a payment an agent sends to a wallet other than the one presented in the payment request.
